On Aug. 1, the Custom Taylor Trio will bring their musical talents to the “Music in the Park” concert series in Phoenix. A smaller version of the Custom Taylor Band, the trio will perform the top 40 country music that they are well known for in Central New York. With musicians that any band would envy, the group has incredible dynamics and stage presence that leave fans breathless on the dance floor and tapping their toes in their seats. The Custom Taylor Band has opened for Nashville acts such as Big and Rich, Craig Morgan, Mark Chesnut, Diamond Rio, Joe Diffie and Tracey Lawrence, just to name a few.
The “Music in the Park” free family concerts are made possible with funds from the NYS Council on the Arts Decentralization Grant Program, a State Agency, and the Cultural Resources Council, a Regional Arts Council. Many thanks also to Fulton Savings Bank, Cam’s N.Y. Pizzeria, Bonz’s Bean & Coffee Machine, the Phoenix Community & Youth Council, Skeets DenBleyker, Patricia Henjes, and last summer’s concert goers for their generous donations.
More donations are needed to keep the concert coming to Phoenix.
If anyone can help, send a contribution (check made out to: Phoenix Community Concert Series) to the Town of Schroeppel, 69 County Route 57A, Phoenix, 13135 (Attn. Linda Millett).
