On July 18, the Susan Taylor Trio will bring their musical talents to the “Music in the Park” concert series in Phoenix. Comprised of vocals, rhythm instruments, and keyboards, Susan Taylor, Edward Cole, and Joel Sawyer can be expected to perform a wide variety of music. Susan Taylor, also a certified instructor of Latin American Ballroom dance, has a following of dancers at her concerts, so be prepared to be entertained.
The “Music in the Park” Free family concerts are made possible with funds from the NYS Council on the Arts Decentralization Grant Program, a State Agency, and the Cultural Resources Council, a Regional Arts Council. Many thanks also to Fulton Savings Bank, Cam’s N.Y. Pizzeria, Bonz’s Bean & Coffee Machine, the Phoenix Community & Youth Council, Skeets DenBleyker, Patricia Henjes, and last summer’s concert goers for their generous donations.
More donations are needed to keep the concert coming to Phoenix. If anyone can help, send a contribution (check made out to: Phoenix Community Concert Series) to the Town of Schroeppel, 69 County Route 57A, Phoenix, 13135 (Attn: Linda Millett).
