Fitzhugh second-graders cuddle up and read

Photo Caption: Fitzhugh Park second-graders wore their pajamas, brought along their favorite stuffed animal and enjoyed “Cuddle Up and Read Day” on Friday (the final day before break). Children, in Cari Joyce’s classroom,  spent the day listening to stories, but also focusing on reading and writing.  Assistant superintendent for instruction and curriculum Cathy Chamberlain read one of her favorite holiday books to the students.
