Trinity United Methodist Church to hold chicken dinner

The Trinity United Methodist Church in Oswego will serve a barbecue chicken dinner on Saturday, Oct. 8 from noon until sold out.  Each chicken dinner includes a barbecued chicken half, salt potatoes, baked beans, cabbage salad, rolls and butter, beverage and dessert.

Dinners are $8 for adults, $7 for seniors, $5 for children 5-12, and under five eat free.  A barbecued half chicken is $5.  Dinners will be served in the dining room or made to take out.  People may call ahead to reserve a chicken dinner. A portion of the proceeds from this barbecue will be used to support the Salvation Army.  Trinity United Methodist Church is located at 45 E. Utica St. in Oswego.
