Evening aerobics

The next session of evening aerobic Classes taught by Heidi Hartwich at the Scriba Fire Hall begins on Sept. 19. The aerobics portion of the class is choreographed and is followed by upper and lower body conditioning and a final stretch.

Class meets Monday and Wednesday from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. Cost is for the 8-week session is $40 for Scriba residents and $46 for non-residents. (Cost for a one-week trial is $5).
