Everyone is invited to enjoy “the other side of Oswego” Fort Ontario and the OZ Girls Roller Derby gathered to make plans for a busy Saturday, Sept. 10. A craft, Art and Kite Fest from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Fort, will feature military re-enactors, children’s games, paranormal groups, museum gift shop, kite demonstrations and lessons, craft and art vendors, and food vendors. Admission to the Fest is free and tours of the fort are available at a small charge.
The exciting OZ Girl’s Roller Derby Team will hold their final home skating tournament of the season against the Assault City Roller Derby at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10 at the Crisafulli Skating Rink next to the Fort. Reserved seating in advance, general admission at the door.
