Health and wellness fair offers give-a-ways

The Pulaski Health Care Center is sponsoring  a health and wellness fair on Oct. 22, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Participants can visit with local massage therapists, chiropractors, fitness instructors, physical therapists, and insurance representatives. 

Also on hand is information about bullying prevention, natural foods, diabetes programs and drug addiction solutions.

People will be able to meet up with representatives from the Cooperative Extension, WIC, the Sherriff’s Department “Operation Safe Child”, Oswego County Opportunities, and Social Services.

The Pulaski Health Center is operated by Northern Oswego County Health Services, Inc. (NOCHSI) and is located at 61 Delano St., in Pulaski. The Pulaski Health Center is a family-oriented health care practice that provides Northern Oswego and Southern Jefferson County residents with a variety of comprehensive health care and related services. 

Sliding fee scale assistance is available for those who qualify. NOCHSI also operates school-based health centers in the APW, Pulaski, and Sandy Creek School Districts.
